- Position: Customer Support/ Client Relationship Executive
- Eligibility: 1yrs to 4 yrs of Experience
- Degree require: Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Location: Noida Sector 62
- Interview Mode: F2F
- Shift timing: Australian Shift (6 Am to 3 Pm )
- Skills Require: English, International Process, Energetic
Voice/Blended/US/UK/Email/Excellent Communication Skills/Saas / E-Commerce Industry Exp (Preferred)
Key Responsibility areas:
- Must process Bachelor Degree
- Ready to work in Australian Shift (6 am to 3 pm)
- Excellent Communications Skills (English Only)
- Ability to handle International Clients or website visitors inbound calls , live chats, tickets, email received.
- Follow webbee’s standard communications procedures and guidelines.
- Handle Customers compaints, provide appropriate supports and alternatives within the time limits; follow ups to ensure resolutions and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.
